Welcom to Epicurean Exploits. My personal blog about anything related to restaurants, cooking, wine, beer, sake, travel food, dinner parties, etc. I am a Southern California transplant now living and working in New York City. I have a very nerdy job in technology, but am a passionate lover of food, wine, traveling and photography in my free time. I like to experiment in the kitchen and use my friends for guinea pigs, but they don’t usually complain. I am like a kid in a candy store when I take a trip to Astor Wines or a farmer’s market. I live in Manhattan, but I have recently started taking to the boroughs in search of more authentic ethnic foods.
